Heat a pan, add oil then add Panchforan and red chilli.
After cracked add sliced tomatoes and saute on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Then add salt, Turmeric pd, cumin powder, chat masala and mix well then add 1 cup water.
After boiling and when becomes soft, add dry fruits , fennel pd and Cardamom powder.
Now add sugar and cook till it dissolves. Then turn off the gas flame.
Tomato Sweet Chutney is ready.
